Question Electronic Trunk Closer Dies

It quit working about 10 days ago. The service rep. says I am the first with this problem at my dealership. Has anyone had trouble with the ETC?

For a while, it was very hard to close. Now, it acts like an ordinary trunk lid. I have to push it shut.

none
Mine stopped working for 3 days, then all the sudden it starts working again and hasnet given me any more problems. When it did stop there none of the lights in the trunck worked and button were not lit either. However the lock button did work... guess it was just a Gremlin..
BTW, there isnt a fuse for it... well there might be but I couldnt find it in either fuse panel.

Unhappy

My buttons are still lit. The lock button works for the doors. I guess it's a motor that's bad. I will find out tomorrow, hopefully. I am sure that they will have to order parts and keep the car overnight.
