VNE front sway bar or OEM front sway bar?

So based on comments from another post I made about my front sway bar bushings (on another forum) on my 2006 E500 4matic sedan, I'm deciding to replace my front sway bar. The bar moves slightly side to side in the bushings, and since the bushings are vulcanized to the bar and needs to be replaced as a unit.
OEM sources seem to be scarce online, and the cheapest one I've found is about $300 after taxes and shipping.
FCP EURO has a VNE sway bar that they say is "OE quality" for about $250 shipped and comes with a lifetime warranty.
I don't know anything about VNE. Is it worth the chance to order this over OEM? Any chance the quality of the rubber or bracket or bar will not be as good as OEM?
