i had the same thing happen to me a couple of months ago and the dealer found that the navi drive in the trunk died out. they told me that the whole system works in a circle if one thing dies the system will die. they replace the navi drive and all is going good so far, but before you take it in try resetting the command unit. i think the fuse is in the back trunk. good luck

i ride a bicycle
pull fuse (i believe it's no. 6, 40amps) for "audio gateway"
it is identified on the fuse chart.
leave the fuse out for about 5 minutes. and stick it back in.
if it works, then you just need the software update performed on
your audio gateway control module.
