After 30mph I get a wobble noise no vibration stops upon acceleration and upon braking. Car has 174k give me some ideas on what to look at wobble sound picks up in speed.
CV joints and front diff if you're 4matic
Drive shaft (s) unbalanced and/or worn universal joints
Any other symptoms? Does it go away after a certain speed is reached?
If it's a drive shaft failure of some kind, driving it is dangerous.
car is 4matic. Noise only comes on after 30mph. Noise is constant except when I press brake or when I accelerate. Very little to no vibration. Just sound.

the key fob doesn’t lock or unlock the doors, I changed the batteries, but when I put the batteries in the key the alarm went off
the trunk button in the door doesn’t work, the trunk handle when you pull it stays pulled, doesn’t spring back into position the auto trunk close button works
it has 174k miles, I really like the car it has new braces from what I can see I don’t know what the SEL is on for but the car drives really well engine is strong ac is cold transmission is smooth, the suspension is very nice and tight

But if you're just looking for convenience, look for a bidirectional scan tool like the Launch x431 about $150. You need a tool that reads MB specific codes which OBD2 readers dont. Search the forums for other experiences. You can't own one of these cars without one. Mine never leaves my car.
