Left assembly is fasted to differential. No assembly on right. What component is this?

Clean threads in differential.
Clean threads in differential. - While investigating a squeak from the rear of the car, I discovered an assembly missing. It screws into the side of differential. There’s no noticeable difference with the car handling. What’s missing?

I was looking for subframe bushings, and there were also diff bushing. I noticed that there was mentioned that only one is used even though there's provison for two. So you should be good.
