2005 E320 P0400 Code
Hi, looking for help please, Car will not start, was running excellent, parked it, when I got back in it will not turn over to start, acts as if trying to but don’t, I put the Foxwell scanner on it and it gave the code P0400, anyone knows what’s wrong with it, Also Just had the SBC done with a new ECU put in about 2 mos ago, about 200k miles on it.

P0400..The dreaded EGR Vavle: The vavle is more than likely clogged with exhuast ****. I highly recommend replacing, and that would clear up the problem..Ask me? Answer It happend to me. Purchased new part on fleabay for about $60.00, and watched a vide on youtube. Process takes about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.. hardest part is getting ARG line back into intake manifold, but once in your done. Also recommend getting all new breather hoses. Get OEM hoses from dealership. Good luck, a bit of sweat equity and a cold drink afterwards is your reward!! You got this.
