2006 E500 heated mirror

2004 Sprinter
2006 E500 heated mirror
I recently bought a 2006 E500 4matic wagon. Noticed the driver side mirror gets warm when rear defroster button is pressed and passenger mirror does not.
The passenger side mirror housing was compromised (broken and glued back tabs on the inside), so I got a same color mirror from a wrecker, the heated function didn’t work on it either. Got a used OEM glass from EBay, still no luck.
I can try getting a NEW aftermarket on EBay .

Could I have some wiring problem?
Mirror motor works, yellow side marker in mirror works ( did on previous mirror as well), but no heat…
