Tires - choices
I currently have Falken ST115's (18's) on my S4 (going away this friday
) and my fiancee's c280 and love them but want to know what others have gone with.I looked at the Fuzion's for a cheaper set (made by Bridgestone from what I understand) and Dunlops as well.
Any and all opinions are welcomed and appreciated.
And yes it will be lowered - just deciding which way to go and how low to go. I am hoping for 1-2 finger gap.
TIA
Mike
They are supreme when it comes to handling and they are even long lasting.
I drove Contis for years when I lived in Germany. Drove to Sweden on them many times! However, here in the US, the people hate them (almost all Contis are hated). I just bought a set of cheaper (but still good tires) for my Audi and I bought my first set of BFGs, I must say that they are better than any tire my Audi has even had in its 262,000 miles!! I found it hard to believe that they are that good and that cheap!

I do know to never buy Yoko's ever again - way too soft. Blew through a set in 6K miles.
I'm contemplating putting some good-looking wheels on my CDI. If I do, it'll be with GS-D3 tires.
Let us know what you buy and how you like them.
