[Pictures] Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe & Sedan W212 Premier Event
Yesterday I went to what was apparently the West Coast Premier of the new 2010 W212. Saw the E-Coupe and Sedan up close and personal and took a few pictures.

Thanks for the lovely photos.
IMO, the black sedan with the AMG package and 3-bar grille looks much more aggressive than the white non-AMG sedan with the 4-bar grille. Presumably the latter one has the Elegance package ?
From looking at these photos, I'm still not sold on the swelling over the rear fender; it looks very contrived and out of place to me. Perhaps it looks better in real life ?

I agree the Black sedan front treatment is a nicer look as is the Coupe overall.
I still haven't come to terms with the back end though. Some elements of the interior such as the upsloping of the wood treatment on the front dash seems chintzy. I get the feeling there is comparatively more plastic throughout.
Having seen it in the flesh- what is your overall impression?

Wow, the new E-Coupe is nice. Can't wait to see the E550 Coupe... I think that will be the next addition to my garage.

I love the foglights and DRL on that black E550. This will be my mom's next car. I want some real E63 pictures, none of that staged ****.

Why does this car have only 3 headlight-water spreader when it got 4 headlights?
Or is the "middle-one" not a water spreader and just for pulling the car away? Sorry my english is not very great.
An E-Class coupe parked near my house. The Car was in Silver. Looked so aggressive, I love it. I just wondered how big it is. Looks like the new cl. Great car and perfectly made for tuning.

I guess I have to get used to it because I was planning on getting another E350 or the 550 but the designers should be ashamed of themselves for coming up with a rear that looks like a pathetic Hyundai. A real shame.
