E-Class "stripper" model

And not the dancing kind....

As a follow-up to another thread, I'd be interested to know what you guys would look for in a "stripped down" version of the new E-Class. What equipment would you take out for this model. Eg. no sunroof, smaller wheels, lower end radio, cloth seats, manual tranny, 4 cylinder etc. ??? If the new E350 lists at 48.600, what would be the price of the "stripped" car?

Personally. I can't see much demand for something like this - especially given the price of the 212.

The stripped down version without the sunroof, smaller wheels, Audio 20 radio, cloth seats, manual tranny, 4 cylinder (diesel) engine is there already. The German price $58 000. Could be a bit less if it was sold in the US.
