2010 E63 Options question
Does anyone have any idea why option P30 (AMG Performance Package) is mutually exclusive from option 997 (Driver Assistance Package)? On my 2007 CLS63 I was able to order both P30 and Distronic, which is the feature I really want out of the 997 group.
The same is true for option 281 (AMG Performance Steering Wheel) and option 997, which cannot be ordered together.
Possibly something to do with the configuration of the steering wheel?
Thanks.

Exactly.
The standard steering wheel houses controls for the driver's assistance stuff that the performance wheel can't accommodate.
So I ordered the 19" rims as a standalone and the driver's assistance package instead of the performance package. You get the look of the performance package, less the limited slip, the harder suspension (some say too hard), and the 186 mph top speed (which i hope to never need)
