If you like the previous E, there is huge cash back right now. Mercedes of Orlando HAD an new 09 E550 with a sticker of over 65000 that they marked down to $48900. I stopped and looked at it Wednesday morning and there was already a deposit on it but the persons credit was questionable. So I came back two hours later with my wife to show her to possibly buy it and it had already sold to a 3rd person and was gone. I attached the pic I had sent to my wife to show her the car.

My friend just got a 2009 E550 at SouthBay Mercedes in southern cal, MSRP 66K - 22K = 44K plus fees (this includes the USAA disount about 4k). He also bought it from "EVERGREEN AM".......

I wish i am in US. The MB there are so cheap.
In Australia for a 2010 W212 e500 with amg sport package we need to pay around US180,000.
