New E350
I have put about 1500 miles on my car an love it so far. Iridium Gray, Almond beige leather, P1 package, Sport, folding rear seats, spoiler.
One very positive observation is that I seem to be getting very little brake dust unlike a previous Audi, BMW and MB.

The W212 has way less break dust than my previous W211, I am VERY happy about that.

Your colour combo sounds nice - pics!
My E350 is my first Mercedes, so I can't compare to previous MBs, but brake dust seems about the same as my old A4. Have to admit that I wax my wheels and clean them a lot though.... I don't like the black wheel look.
