Weathertech floor liners (& mats)
Although, they were consistently mislead by the factory, or whoever, as to the inventory and/or when the inventory was to be manufactured and /or shipped.
Unfortunately for them, they could not prevent the incorrect grommets being installed either.
They were operating with “one hand tied behind their back”.
This was a CLUSTER F%^& right from the time they were listed on the website that they were available.
Plus "DHI" on the forum has a February ship date for winter mats. Absurd!
I agree that Pat went above and beyond for me too!
Spoke with Paula at WeatherTech on Monday 1/25 and explained that my DigitalFit floor liners arrived 1/22 with wrong grommets and would not fit onto floor pegs in my E550 sedan. Reviewed car model year and model with her and she assured me that she would send me the correct grommets ASAP.
Today, I received a set of generic retention hooks from WeatherTech, and not the correct grommets to install the floor liners in my sedan.
Called WeatherTech again this am and spoke with Pat in customer service. She was apologetic and promised to overnight mail me the correct grommets.
The DigitalFit floor liners certainly look nice and probably will work well once I get the correct grommets. But the WeatherTech delivery and customer service leave much to be desired. Although they have been polite and apologetic, at some point they must deliver the goods. Based on this continuing poor experience, I doubt I will be purchasing from them in the future.

Are you not using the mats while you are waiting on the grommets. The grommets do very little to hold the mats since they fit so well.

Thanks to Pat in WeatherTech customer service, today I received the grommets I needed to install my DigitalFit floorliners. Nice look and fit, but a remarkable amount of effort required to get them delivered and supplied with the necessary mounting parts.
Re Blaze one's post, I did not use them without the grommets because up here in the Frozen North, the melting snow (from your boots) leaks through the large grommet holes in the floorliners and gets the underlying carpet wet. Probably not much of a problem in Houston, though!

Paid WINTER mats in December, with no news on delivery until I called for follow-up in late January.
Was promised mats to be shipped in mid February.
Now told that early March more likely.
Mr. McNeil posts his email address in his multi-page magazine advertisements, maybe I'll send him a polite note about the uselessness of his Canadian operation.
Good news... My Weathertech floor liners came in today !!!
Bad news... Ordered late December 09 and got them April 8th.
Good news... they fit very nicely.
Bad news... the friggin' grommets are the wrong size !!!!
What a saga.
From what I have been told, WeatherTech is the manufacturer for the MB OEM mats/liners. The MB OEM liners for my GLK are identical to the weathertech liners with the exception of the MB logo badge sticker instead of the weathertech badge sticker.
Not sure if this is also true for the E-Class.
