I hear you, why trade your perfectly good W212 if you love it and its been good to you just to buy a wagon. Like you, I love wagons and I've owned two VW, two Volvo and now my W213 wagon. In between I've had two SUV's (2002 original X5 and a 2018 X5 diesel). I feel wagons offer little compromise, almost same room as a mid-size SUV but handles and drives like a car so gets better fuel economy and one can throw it around. My original X5 back in 2002 I ordered with a manual transmission and that thing I could drive like a 5-series. Lots of fun.

The brakes are 14.2 inches and they are 6 piston brakes. They scrub speed quickly if needed My E450 wagon is my dream car....except for maybe an E63S wagon LOL! It seems in most countries, the E-Class cars/wagons are limited to the 2.2litre 4 cylinder engines which is sad. Do they sell the E63S wagon in Ozz?
2015 E350 luxury. Real leather, proper headlights, Distronic Plus. Bought less than a year ago (July) from Carvana with 76k mi on the odometer. Was a an owner car, with Merc dealer service history (Carfax) from begging to the end. I’ve already put 22k miles on it in early 10 months. Only issue from the get go were leaking camshaft magnets, a $600+ repair at the dealer.
A few chrome buttons for the center console unit as well as carbon fiber mirror cover adds some coolness to me
