MBFS Acquisition Fee

Does anyone know the current MBFS acquisition fee for a lease on a 2010 E350, and are the dealers allowed to bump it? I was given a number by a LA dealer that sounds way high.

Thanks.

Edit: I did a search and found $795, sounds like that is it and the dealers can try and bump it.

I leased my '10 E350 almost a month ago and paid $795 for an acq fee. I say shop around and see what other dealers have to offer.

I'm in SoCal (live in Kern Co. but work in LA Co.) and leased the car through a dealer in Kern County.

Happy hunting!

EDIT - I just looked at my docs. I did pay a $795 acq fee in Box 11 of the contract but box five shows $0.00 for acq fee?

Thanks, I used zag and am trying to do this long distance. I know they are bumping the acquisition fee but it's negotiable.

My dealer said the fee is $995. I did not check my contract, but I remember they said it. My total out of pocket was $1,600 which included aq. fee. After that I was called twice from my dealership to come and change my contract after the deal was done and I was driving the car for couple days already. They changed initial numbers on my contract. According to my lease - I paid almost $2700 at delivery, but in real life I paid $1600. I don't understand what and how they do it, but my payment still the same, only delivery due money on the contract changed.

It's $795 but apparently MB lets dealers bump it and make more profit, that's fine as long as the buyers knows that. I am also finding some the bump the money factor, in particular from .00270 to .0030. Again, once you know what they are doing you can take it into account.
