I like it ! But if you've spent this much time, effort and money on the car you might as well add the square exhausts also. Besides this minor detail; it looks good !

Awesome look! I really want to swap out my hockey stick LEDs for the straight ones...

Were the straight LEDs part of a kit, or is it possible to replace the hockey stick LEDs for the straight ones without replacing the whole bumper?

Thanks!

you have to replace the whole bumper. there is no way you can change the led unless you swap the bumper.

Well done, props for your effort!

Anyway, is the led with bumper plug and play?

Very nice conversion. IMO, it looks nicer with the round exhausts, rather than the square ones of the E63.

Btw, the front fenders aren't AMG fenders right, they're the same ones as regular W212s?

Not impressed. It seems E class is dead after W211.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you there.

I'll second that disagreement. The W211 is a great car, but the W212 gets better and better in my eyes every day.

They are not E63 fenders... E63 has the indent where the 6.3 badge sits.

Ok, Ill try to answer everyone question

1. W212 and the coupe c207 does not use the same type of spring. size and measurement are different. Springs for both cars are available in the market now. Eibach, KW, H&R. they all have. the drop is around 3 cm more or less.
If installed on the coupes the car will still be sitting rather high. so probably need a little cut or heat to drop it more. just make sure it's for 4 or 6 cyl

2. the fender is a normal E300 fender. not the 63. I did a minor mod and voila. it's really not much work. very easy plug and play.

3. the L shaped hockey puck LED cannot be replaced by the 63 straight LED unless you change to 63 bumper and dont forget the bumper grille too.

4.the oval shape exhaust and the square shaped depended on each individual preferences.

5. IMHO the 212 is better than the 211.

The E63 body kit is availible for example at mastertuning.eu ..aprx. 1600 eur. I dont know if you get the LED:s but I think its complete with the mesh, inside and everything.
Send them a message and ask.

I am thinking about getting it when I have my E350 CDI 4-matic arriving in may-jjune.

I got my CLS AMG-rear+ exhaust from them..

Hmmm. I never understood why people turn things into looking like something they aren't. Why not just buy an E63 in the first place? Or why not be content with the E550/500 the way it was designed, it's a great car.

I'd feel awkward driving a car that's dressed up to look like another model when it really isn't the real thing. What's the point? To me it's like wearing a watch that I know is fake but looks good and fools people.

Oh well, I guess I just don't get it. But each to their own.
