What kind of deals people getting for E350
My dealer called me and offered to pay my remaining lease if I get a new E350. He told me that can work out a similar deal I got for my current E350. It was $2K below dealer's cost. Just lazy to do research, so appreciate if somebody could share latest deals details for lease. I am also wondering how hard to get leather and P2 without ordering. For my current car I could get P2 but leather. Now I want it with leather. Is 4matic still going for free? How good it is in term of acceleration and fuel consumption.

I suggest you negotiate your own deal as so far as pricing and the lease. It is likely that there is some sort of a factory or MB finance incentive as so far as paying off the remaining due on your lease as the dealers rarely do it on their own.
4 Matic entails an additional cost as I recall about 2500. You may find some P2 card available in inventory but the odds of leather and P2 are pretty low. My W212 is P2, 4 matic and leather and I factory ordered the car.

I use to use the forum to understand reasonable range of a negotiation. Since there is no responses, I assume that there are no good delas on W212 yet. It is valuable information for me as well, since I do not neet to rush and can look also for other makes.
And it is common practice for MB to offer another lease when 6 or less months are remaining.

On Sedans, if you are have a USAA or Costco membership and have a current MB lease you can get the car at $2-4 below invoice.
Costco negotiated price is invoice and USAA is $2k below invoice. Then MB currently has a loyalty discount of $2k for returning MB financial customers. MB also has a 39 month lease special that uses both the current residual and money factor of the 36 months lease over a 39 month lease which reduces your payment even further.
http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct/view/.ef9dd79/0 this is thread showing what other people are paying for leases, For returning MB financial USAA customers are getting lease payments under $600 a month with taxes vs Costco members are getting leases for around $650 per month. Joining USAA is requires being either active military or retired but joining Costco is as easy as paying $65 membership fee. Prices vary by region and dealer as 2 dealers in the same region could offer slightly different prices who participate in the same program. A couple of people reported same car was $100-500 cheaper at 1 dealer over another.

"A car equipped as you requested lists for $60,180. The Costco price for that car is $56,680."
Invoice is ~$56,000 on that configuration.
Not sure where you get $2-4K below invoice. Can you explain? Is that an incentive for switching a lease?
What about for a purchase?

From my nearest participating dealer for an E350 Luxury, P2 + a few extras:

You are under no obligation to lease or finance the new car, that is a loyalty discount which can be applied to any new car purchase no matter your choice of financing ie lease, car loan or cash purchase.
