What does the yellow diamond w exclamation point mean on nav?

What does the yellow diamond w exclamation point mean on nav?
I see this symbol when using route guidance. Looks like it means danger ahead or a traffic jam, but there never is anything there. Any ideas what this symbol is?

That would make sense, but when I get to these spots on the map, there is never any accident, road blockage, construction, etc... at these sites that are marked on the Nav screen, nor have the local radio traffic-copters reported anything there either.
Oh well. I have been ignoring these so far. Didn't know if there was another meaning for the symbol. Thanks for the reply.

I guess you can look up traffic warnings from a menu at your Comand. I'd check what they say, should come with some additional text (at least it does in Europe with TMC). It could be the "TMC" operator's mistake or the issue has been cleared on the road but not yet from the warning system.
