need help buying a E350 2010
In the past i only purchased Honda or Toyota cars that i deal with the internet sales manager.
my question is, should i still use the same method? internet quotes? to buy the E350? or can anyone share their experience how they bought their car and how much you paid?
the invoice for the base model E350 is $45,198.
Thank you

Your goal should be $0-$2000 below invoice. I got $1,700 below invoice on a 2011 E550 via USAA, for example.
Don't forget to negotiate a low dealer processing fee. Some dealers will try to stick you with a $300-$500 fee for this nonsense. $100 is fair and reasonable.
Also, remember that you live in one of the most competitive markets for Benzs in the country. There are tons of dealers in NoCAL SoCAL that will work with you on price. If the one you're approaching won't budge, move on.
2010 E350 sport with P1 and metallic paint $53,425
Dealer will discount 11% off MSRP
$3K MB rebate
$2K fleet discount
Final price ~ $42.5K
I haven't taken the deal yet. Can I do better?

The fleet discount is available to employees of large companies who sign up for the program and also open to members of a few credit unions. There is a lot of discussion about it in other threads on this site. Here is the official site MB site:

PM for for details on the dealer/sales person.
Usually edmunds.com has all the incentives listed, but I don't see it on the 2010 E either.
