MBrace - the "i" button
Hi all,
Just got my 2011 W212 last week. I tried to use the "send and search" feature by using Google Map and although it sent the direction properly, I could not receive it in the car when pressing the "i" button.
My account was setup properly per MBrace rep and they even tried to send direction and I could not receive it. Every time I press the "i" button, it gets connected to registration department instead of getting voice menu or an option to download the saved map.
Mbrace suggested me stop by at the dealer to get the issues resolved.
Have any of you tried this feature?

Yes and I use it regularly. I've never had a problem. when setting it up I called the mbrace line directly and they were able to help me get it set up. Sounds like they think you have a hardware problem.

Yep... Brought to Dealer today and they fixed it. It seemed nothing wrong with the hardware. Mbrace had issues with the system and the re-initialized my account.
