Talking NIGHT vision

Hi.

Anyone have any good night view stories? How do you like it if you have it? I myself am looking forward to playing with that thing.........
One of the coolest things I've seen on cars as of late..........

also want to make some youtube videos with the rear view camera, LOL.....

I didn't get it though one of the cars I test drove had it.

Definitely a winner in the "Holy crap that's cool!!" department, but where I live, not very useful. Between street lights, the xenons, etc. If I missed a pedestrian after all that, the nightvision wouldn't be much real help.

I have it and its neat and works well...but being in the center of the dash its not terribly useful. Definitely a wow factor for unsuspecting passengers. One benefit though - when oncoming traffic on back roads is approaching - it really helps to see beyond the glare of the oncoming traffic. Also pretty good in light rain and snow.

I would prefer that it be in the center of the IC like in the S-Class.

I could imagine what you mean; having to glance over to see what's what
or if there are any obstacles.....or possible collisions with animals.....
and the points about inclement weather are also a plus to know.....
wonder how handy our peripheral vision comes into play on this gadget??

how much screen size would be sacrificed if it were in the middle?
like the S-class......damn!!! now I have to go to MBusa site AGAIN!!!!! lol
and YES, the passenger's would be impressed I'm sure, lol.....
