I guess so. If someone passes up an opportunity to market a labor-saving gadget in America, even as an extra-cost option, I'm sure there must be a reason. I just can't think of what it might be.

Don't get me wrong, I can't think of it either not knowing what the costs actually are, but product planners are always looking to squeeze every last dime out of a product.
