I've been bugging the hell out the guy who sold me mine, and I saw another thread somewhere about how someone tracked theirs.......
but I have had no luck......maybe since the car is actually built now, maybe I'll get tracking info as it crosses the Atlantic........but I'm still waiting to see

Use the VIN# in the Cargo ID field and you are all set.
Looks like MB is behind BMW on this one. You can track the status (albeit a few days behind) on the BMW website.
Very interesting. I went to this site put in my VIN but get a "No Records Found" message.
I have been told by the dealer my car shipped on March 1st but I can't get any info.

I am not as sure about MB, but BMW has a slightly more extensive tracking via their web site. A common problem however is the gap when the completed car leaves the factory and is actually on a ship in the water. It is possible your car has "shipped", but that means it was released to the train which takes it to the port for loading on a ship. Also, the ship tracking tools for the sippers also are sometimes off and there may be a lag when the data is available to you.
To make it even more maddening, there are webcams at some of the ports where you can see the cars parked and waiting and the ship docked waiting to take your new baby to you.
I tracked mine across the Atlantic based upon the ship name. I contacted the dealer's logistics person, and they gave me shipping dates and the vessel name.
Tracking worked for me, thanks so much! My first Mercedes so I've been so stoked to get it. Placed the order before my 21st birthday and finally getting it 3 months later. The vessel landed down in MD earlier today and dealer said it should be up to NY by the end of this week and I will drive it home by the end of this week/early next week. Hopefully she treats me well, I plan on owning more Mercedes. : )
I placed an order for a 2022 GLA 250 in September. The build was completed on 2/3 but it has not shipped. How long before I have a shipping date? My car is coming from Germany to be delivered in Baltimore MD.
