I got the sills too, and yeah, it takes like what seems forever, I ordered on september 6th, and should be receiving my car from Germany this week or next week.........
I don't think the sills are a waste, I thought they were cool too, but of course the dealer had no car equipped with them on the lot......I don't even know how much they'll stand out, but.......so what? they WILL look cool, LOL......I wanted mud flaps originally too but since I got the sport body they said, "no flaps for you pal" but whatever....I see you have the sport body too.....

Yes, I got the sport package as well..........dealer said they put those on at the dealership.....if they cannot I will get the credit.

I ordered my E550 first week October 2009 and it came into port last week of November 2009. You will love the drive dynamic seat!

By the way, but why mud flaps? I know they can serve a purpose, but they look pretty ugly. To each his own though...

I thought the flaps would have been nice myself...........makes it look beefier to me.......
you ARE going to like the door sills.........they are VERY nice.....got my car last night and they are really cool.....as is the night vision.....which isn't distracting AT ALL.......lol,really though, it's not......

Zinny: I may have mistyped, I think they would look good, I just don't have them because of the sport body.......I would still be interested.....if it were possible......

I think this is more a reflection on the OP's bad driving habits than a comment upon the nature of traffic in the GTA. People can be inconsiderate here but not to the extent that one can get into an accident 5 times in such a short span of time.

If you're looking at a thread and you scroll to the bottom of it the forum automatically starts an "of interest" thread after that. It's easy to end up posting on that thread instead of the one you intended. It would be nice if the forum was smart enough to not think an almost 9 year old thread is of interest or related...
