I havent...but there are a number of threads in here on how to do it. I think a bunch of us (me for 1) have just wedged the wire in the trim and routed to the glove box which works pretty well.....but I think there is a firm (mid city?) that makes a unit that routs the display through your IP screen.
Careful if you have distronic - you'll need to either disable distronic or K band on your V1 unless you want to go nuts ( I found out the hard way after I bought the car and hooked it up)

Or you could just do it yourself. If you are looking for the sickest of sick integrated installations then by all means the 2 links provided earlier are a good place to start. If you are looking for just a basic - hey how do I set this up in my car without having to pull alot of stuff apart and without having a wire hanging across my dash or windshield then just take a look here:
