iPod Touch suddenly incompatible
I have a 2009 E350 and have been using an iPod Touch with the equipped Media Interface, but suddenly the display tells me the iPod is incompatible. Any suggestions would be welcome.

'11 E350
My 2009 E350 had the same issues occasionally.

I think the docking bay that came with the car was a little bit faulty and/or out dated. I'd unplug it and plug it back in a few times and it would work again.

Luckily, I haven't had that issue with my 2011.

Sorry that I don't have any concrete info on why but hopefully it helps!
