W212 Trunk Spoiler
Anyone know if the option W212 Trunk Spoiler is the same as the one on the W212 E63?

No, its different. If you compare the E63's spoiler to the regular E class spoiler, the E63 protudes outwards more and more "meat" to it. The regular spoiler is more flat and is not as noticeable as the E63's. If you want the E63 spoiler, then you would have to get off Ebay or some third-party OEM dealer.

Different. The E63's is a little more sculpted, and pretty. it also has that nice half-circle indentation that wraps around the trunks Star emblem.
