3 AMG Wheels + 1 Ronal Replica wheel?
I just installed my winter tires and rims this week and when cleaning off my summer rims that came with the car, I noticed that 3 of them were identical MB/AMG wheels, and the fourth was a wheel that looks similar from a distance, but upon closer inspection is slightly different. The outer lip on the wheel is a different thickness, and there is also a bulge on the inside of the rim (hard to explain).
It has the same MB part number stamped on it, but the odd wheel is made by Ronal, and does not have an official "MB" logo stamp on it. Weighing it, it is 1.5 lbs lighter than the MB wheels.
Does anyone else have any Ronal rims on their car and/or do they have mismatched rims? I can't believe that the "AMG" sports package would include replica wheels. This may have been done by the dealership themselves as they may have received the car and found there was RIM damage and chose to replace it with a cheaper replica wheel.
I am planning to call MB of North America to politely ask for a replacement wheel, but wanted to hear if any of you had experienced what I found.

Definitely unacceptable. Don't even bother to ask questions about it, just hit them up (I'd go the a Dealer first), prove the point, find other cars that are dissimilar to yours (with similar wheels all around), and demand an identical wheel.

Mercedes does not make its own wheels, it oursources them from wheelmaking companies, and Ronal is one of them, and probably the biggest provider of OEM wheels to German car makers.
I recently bought 4 new 18" AMG wheels from the dealer for winter tires for my W212, and while mounting winters on in the shop found out that 2 of them were Ronals, so I made sure that tires got mounted to keep 2 Ronals on one axle.
To my surprise, when I finally put new winter wheels on and took summers, which my car came with off, I found out that 2 of these 4 original wheels are also Ronals.
So, now I have 4 Ronals OEM wheels and 4 non-Ronals OEM wheels, but mismatched between my summer and winter sets. Will keep it that way and match when need to replace the tires. Good luck everyone!
