Anyone have pics of the W212 with BBS LM rims?

I'm considering buying these rims and would like to see them on my car before spending so much on them. Thanks.

Just for the record, BBS LMs are one of the best made and historically classic, forged, two piece rims out there. All BBS wheels are of the highest quality. The LMs are highly regarded. They aren't cheap by a long shot. BBS has the best Motorsport support, too (including F1.) It's a German company with all products TUV and JWL/VIA approved. I'd feel very safe on BBS wheels.

But that said, I don't think the LMs work on a 4-door Mercedes. They are super popular with older school Porsches like 993s, 964s, 930s, etc.. They also work very well with BMW 3 series coupes and M3s, especially the E46 M3.

Thanks for proving my case.

LMs look great on sports cars and coupes, especially Porsches (you'll notice the unsprung weight difference on a Porsche with LMs right away; with big tank like a Benz, not so much.) They just don't work well or look good on large heavy 4-door sedans.

Anyway the offset isn't correct. You'd have to run some major spacers; not good......it's all for show, not performance.

I don't think BBS's are at home on a Merc either. I'm usually not a big fan of BBS styled rims, and am a fan of Mercs, so the lack of mixing makes sense in my world.

NEVER ASK ANYONE how your OWN car looks ..how it drives and how it feels... like myself Im on the track with MY BIKE.. no one has the same suspension ride preference everyone is different ...

if you like them just get them bro... like i said who cares about pot holes...

If the BBS wheels on that E were black machine faced they would look really good. Something like this picture.

I saw the link and yes it looks very GOOD to me!!!

Do you know what kind of application did it take? spacers etc....

I'm sure I will get plenty of looks around town and if not who cares. I know it looks good.

Thanks for the picture.....

BBS knows what they're doing and there's a reason they don't make the right offset in LMs for a big sedan like a MB W212.

(Motorsports/performance has always been the primary focus for BBS)
