Just Joining the E Club
Hey guys,

Got my E350 about two weeks ago now and just wanted to say hi.

Came out of a C300 4M from an E350 4M and have to say that I am happy to be back..

The car is light-years ahead of the C300 in terms of fit, finish and amenities, but I am definitely still getting used to the handling characteristics..not as nimble as the C class but holds its own in very different ways..

Attached a crappy iPhone photo of my now dirty car (damn winter - worst time to get a new car).

Look forward to great conversations...

Have already de-badged the car, put in LED license plate lamps, smoked side markers and removed the star for a flat badge.

gotta take the car to the shop to get them installed though...they don't simply unscrew like the 211's...have to take the trunk liner out and exterior molding off

Looks great. Wheels are perfect compliments to this car as well. Classy, sporty, not silly looking.

Nice transition between M-B Sedans for you, in the last year or so.

Glad to hear you're liking the W212. Seems like it's living up to retaining that "E"-ness that your W211 left off with.

Appreciate the compliments! Def retaining and improving upon the "E"-ness that my old car left me with...night and day difference IMO..

The car is really a masterpiece for the price-point

Has anyone yet to look into whether or not the 4Matic has an aftermarket spring available for ride-height reduction?
