Roadside Assistance

Got the new The Star magazine from M-B Club of America and they had an article on the "new" Roadside Assistance policy. Find it interesting (and disconcerting) that I got the information from a magazine that went to print weeks ago and have yet to receive the letter from MBUSA.
It appears they will provide more no cost services, BUT there are more restrictions on who is covered.
Anybody got the MBUSA letter itself yet?
