Firmware update for BT audio?

C300? I got dealer SLS demo car heh hehe... Actually I got shuttled in to my office and they picked me at the end of the day. Don't realize that this update takes for several hours.
Besides the BT audio is now working, I see some graphics changes. The yellow car and red car traffic icons are now smaller and cleaner.
Pntblnk, may be trying to de-authorize and start from clean from both the command and your phone?

May I ask what other updates? I have scheduled to do mine for the BT audio in a couple of weeks and would want to have all available updates done. Or is is included with this package?

The update takes about 3.5 hours to install and provides updates for multiple systems on the car. As it was explained to me you either get all or none. Managed to figure out the pause / play things also so happy camper on this end.

Aaaaah....That kind of error is hard to fix 
.
But..I Noticed, the only time the BT Audio will go to pause state and needs you to reach the Iphone is when it reaches the end of the album.
Well enjoy the feature then.. I'm glad this BT Audio saga is solved.

Update FAIL for MY 2010 !!
Okay just an update of my 'update' quest. I took my car into the dealership closest to me, ( FJ), and demonstrated the streaming bluetooth capability to the technician. Needless to say he was clueless about the availability of this feature . I showed him how I had to re- pair the phone to the command everytime I restarted the vehicle,he agreed this was a nuisance. He then pulled up a MY 2011 212 with the most updated software and sure enough I did not have the problem of re-pairing.The phone stayed paired.Yipee right? Just a matter of installing whatever version of software the 2011 had to my 2010.Nope, they had my vehicle for 2 days and finally concluded that the latest version software was not compatible with the 2010 MY.Apparently ,only the early MY 2011s can be updated? If anyone with a MY 2010 has succesfully had this done please let us know. Im still reserving the option of taking it to the dealership I got it from and let them have a go.Its really not a big deal to me, Im happy enough that it works but will be nice if it did not have this issue.Keep this in mind those of you with MY 2010s inquiring about the update regarding the climate controls showing up on the command.

You can use the link below for your reference. Item no. 1 is the actual update software for the COMMAND and it is under warranty. Good luck.

Where can I find info on accessing the engineering menu? I have a 2010 R350 and I have BT phone but don’t have it under audio. I was going back and forth between music and calls at one point and the BT momentarily played the music over the car stereo. If it’s an update I can get I’d be over the moon!
