mbrace connectivity problem

My 2010 E350 won't connect to Mbrace except for the emergency button which does connect but naturally only for emergencies. On the other two buttons, I get a message that it's trying to connect me to a verizon operator. My dealer demonstrated when I bought the car that it connected to Mbrace then. Perhaps it is in conflict with my Verizon bluetooth Crackberry which is a secure network. Any ideas other than bringing to a dealer? Also I tried to use individualization so the Nav would use my voice...the system accepted all my prompts and is checked that it is on but it still uses the ladie's voice. Any feedback?? Thx

I had similar problem with my 2011 E350 4Matic. You need to reset it pressing the i-buttom and the road assistance buttom at the same time.

I find MBRACE to be particularly irritating to use. It is very slow to connect. When it disconnects it emits an ear piercing screech. I did not have any problems with the previous system in my 2008 S550 or with OnStar in my Tahoe or Cadillacs.
