mbrace connectivity problem
My 2010 E350 won't connect to Mbrace except for the emergency button which does connect but naturally only for emergencies. On the other two buttons, I get a message that it's trying to connect me to a verizon operator. My dealer demonstrated when I bought the car that it connected to Mbrace then. Perhaps it is in conflict with my Verizon bluetooth Crackberry which is a secure network. Any ideas other than bringing to a dealer? Also I tried to use individualization so the Nav would use my voice...the system accepted all my prompts and is checked that it is on but it still uses the ladie's voice

I find MBRACE to be particularly irritating to use. It is very slow to connect. When it disconnects it emits an ear piercing screech. I did not have any problems with the previous system in my 2008 S550 or with OnStar in my Tahoe or Cadillacs.
