Used Jags are incredible bang for the bucks, although the reliability is sketchy, but hey, if it's a second car to drive every now and then, maybe it won't be such a prob! The Vanden Plas' have such classically gorgeous and plush interiors.

W211, W212
CLS feels noticeably smaller inside as compared to the E. The ambient is sportier with more leather. E is a better family car, CLS is more fun. I considered both the CLS and the E, and I actually preferred the CLS slightly, since it did feel more dynamic. I went with the E as it has more pratical back seats for family and felt roomier inside. E is a more pratical car in my opinion.

I saw new CLS in person and was thrilled by front end , it was very attractive may be it was because it was 1st ever time I saw it in closely 
Anyway, W212 is the finest looking car througly and I like it's every angle .If I have a chance side by sice pics for you to judge I will shot them here as well lol

A car is nothing without reliability. I like the new Jaguar interiors a lot better than the E class but there is no way I would consider a Jag until they substantially improve their reliability ratings. A friend of mine a while ago tried to sell me their Jag at a really good price and I don't think I would have even bought it for half the market value. That + there was no AWD.

that's one thing Jaguar is good at, and also making the suitcase sample things........unlike my MB dealer, LOL, who doesn't have a shread of sample material or trim to show potential buyers.........

Interior wise : W212
Exterior wise : W212
Same goes for W204 and W221 as well . I like the way array of arrow shape looks on present MB models .
I also dislike Jaguar's grill design . MB grills are angled and they are gorgeous
I like XF's interior though but I think gear selector is not my cup of tea and unfortunatelly some RR and LR models come with this gadget as well
