I have a 30GB iPod connected to my car and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue ... If I select artist, and then press number "3" or "d" on the numeric pad, I get the first artist with the name starting with "d". The same applies with every number/letter up to "k". However, if I press "8" for artist starting with "T", I still only get the K artist names. To get any other artist after K, I have to use the Comand Wheel and scroll to the name. Is anyone else seeing this issue? The odd thing is that this procedure works fine for Album listing.

I tried my wife's 30GB iPod and I have the same issue...

Update ... I just connected my iPhone 4 and everything works as it supposed to. It must be an issue with older iPods ... darn.

Yeah, I was going to say it works fine with mine but I have a current iPod.

I use an older 80GB iPod Classic and it works fine.
