TPMS Issue
Swapped over my wheels thanks to B. Gorman
and since my wheel swap, I cant seem to get the TPMS to adapt.
Verified the MHZ with two dealerships based on my vin and they both state 433.92 MHZ ( which are the sensors in my wheels ) however it says that no TPMS sensors are installed.
Any help would be greatly appreciate. That light is driving me up the wall

Sorry for the O/T, but is your grill black? Can you post pics if so? Debating as to whether I should do that mod, as I'm really partial to the chrome.

I just recently swapped out my rims too and had some errors as well.
first of all, only 3/4 have the TPMS on. tire shop only had 3 TPMS adapters at time of install.
Front right and rear right reads normal.
Rear left is missing TPMS and front left has TPMS reading at 38 and dropped down to 24 in 4 days.
Brought it back to the shop and it read 40 PSI while the system was reading 24. Couldn't locate the problem but pretty much assumed that since the rear left was missing, it was causing the front left to mis-read.
anyone ever experienced this?

I had mine done by a shop that recommended I only use MB sensors, so I swapped my MB sensors into the new wheels at install, no problems at all. You might want to consider pulling your original MB TPMS and try them, good luck.

Same here, I even bought a set of TPMS from TirReck.com and had them installed in my stock wheels just in case I needed to swap back to them.

Awesome, thanks man. If I decide to go with it, I'm hoping I can find an OEM grill for a bargain price, that I could have painted. That way I'd be able to switch back and forth if I wanted to. ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Is yours gloss or matte? And any problems with rock chips (I've heard this can be a big issue?). Lookin' forward to those pics!

Yeah, I've heard that's the case as well. I guess that's a good reason for me to stock with the OE Chrome grill, lol. My grill is pitted with small "dents" in it (not noticeable at all unless very close), which would have probably chipped away black paint.
BTW, is that "Black Chrome Grill" thing for real?! That would look epic. I'm 99.9% sure that in that pic, the grill is just reflecting something dark (along with dark lighting), as I've seen other pics of the 2012 E63 but with the original Chrome grill only.

Hmm.... That just got me thinking.... A light Tint on the chrome grill? I wonder how that would look. It's have that "black chrome" cool seeming thing going on, plus chips wouldn't be a worry as much.
.... Then again, the edges would look terrible as you'd see the cut of the Tint and the tint protruding out, not to mention, with such thin areas for the tint to grab, peeling would be inevitable.
