Thinking about this on the way home,,do alot of nite driving so,,the Lights switch (disabled the auto feature,I like a choice),,paddles especially the (-) one ,hills and turns both ways so it helps. XM for a possible good tune and then Im surfing for Traffic news and watnot.
Truth be told I am a bit aggressive when faced with clowns who mascarade as drivers so Im really using the tires which brings me to them brakes.Im still looking for brake dust so Im not using much wheel cleaner

There is an adjustable vent for the climate control in the glove compartment to control the airflow.

 

Never checked it to see if it blows heat in the winter. It does cool Pretty well though. Just can't think of why I'd use it.

 

It's meant to keep your ipod comfortable.

I knew I had more,,the Seat Heater,,wipers( which Im switching out for Rain-x Beams)XM radio and the defogger.Rear shade(occasional nap).

 

Apparently it is to keep the electronics cool that are hooked to the cable in the box. However, the manual says to turn it off when heater is operating.

 

I noticed today that when I engage reverse, my side mirrors move in so I can see; then they return the the position I have them in, (really far out)....
pretty cool! didn't know this happens

my ipod interface is now in the center console so i wonder if that is now cooled?? The only electronic i would store in any box was one that is hooked up.

So having said all this, with bluetooth streaming and now the meta data coming over in bluetooth as well, there is never a need for me to plug in. (unless I want to charge) but i find it a real inconvenience to put my phone in the box where i cant see or hold.

Thats a cool feature MB has been using for yrs,,the little button for the right side mirror adjustment has to be engaged I believe for the "curb view" when parking,,,puts a big dent in curb rash repairs

Whoa!!! Can you get BOTH side mirrors to move in or just the passenger? I thought only the passenger side would move in. I wish the driver side would move in as well.

 

Try it.

Put the car in Reverse. Tilt the mirror down. Press M-1 (or whichever) at that seat. Go to Drive. See if the mirror goes back up to normal. If so, see if it then tilts down when you put the car in Reverse.

C'mon man, he's talking about driving stoned, blazing up in the car (unless I'm completely misinterpreting here). Yes, I've done stupid things, and I've driven in cars where drivers were high, and it ain't comfortable. If I gotta lose "cool points" for condemning someone for being grossly irresponsible on the road, then so be it.
