I am looking to lease a 2011 E350 4Matic (figuring that with the 2012 updates coming I could get a good rate on the 2011). This one also has the new multi-color center command screen (post June production).

I was able to negotiate the following deal over the phone and wanted some insight from experiences of recent forum deals.

33 month lease with 10K miles per year
Lease pull forward on existing 2009 C-class lease (5 months remaining) and depo waiver

You might have a lil more wiggle room...

I was able to pick up a 2011 black on black E350, P1, AMG, and Panoramic for $580 with tax per month. All this with no down and drive off for 33 months.

Thanks. This does help. I may have to have another discussion with my sales guy. I think that one of the issues is that I wanted one of only two black with natural beige leather cars at the port with the new 2012 multi-color center command system.

BTW, before tax it comes to $552 per month.

for that price I'd be looking for P2.......if not, you can get lower...

Thanks for the input. I may have to go back and ask for something else. In addition, they threw in the extra month's lease payment on my old C-class, free oil change, and service pick-up. I am trying to get them to throw in side window tinting.

Thanks. I went to another, competing dealership (where I had bought my GL350 last year). While they would not throw in P2 for the same monthly lease, they did incorporate the inception fees into the lease payments and threw in free maintanence with pick-up and delivery, one month payment on the new car, and one month payment on the old lease (total of 5 year early). Unfortunately, their car has a rear spoiler (not a big fan) along with P1, leather, folding rear seats, and the new LED center screen.
