E550 owners: If Trans in S mode, suspension remains in comfort mode?

E550 owners: If Trans in S mode, suspension remains in comfort mode?

I am trying to learn more about MB in general, and E550 in specific

If you set the transmission to S mode instead of the default E mode, does that automatically change suspension tuning into sport as well? or does it remain in comfort mode?

Thanks! That's good news for me. I like how MB set those two independently

The sport button in my Carrera changes both, and I don't like that
