Renew Sirius Traffic only?
My free trial is up and I definitely don't need the music (Pandora via BT suits me just fine), but I can't seem to decide if Sirius Traffic is worth it. My understanding from these forums is that you can renew traffic only with a bit of work since Sirius will try pretty hard to renew the whole package.
My experience with Sirius Traffic is that it isn't always accurate, and Google Traffic is a reasonable substitute, with the tradeoffs being that it isn't integrated with the GPS system and I have to move my eyes further, etc.
So can anyone convince me that the $3.99/month is worth it?

I think it has it's advantages......if you're a heavy driver in traffic all the time it'd be great.....
could save you the hassle of getting on an already jammed up highway or freeway or something....![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
I didn't renew mine either, traffic or the radio.....and plus the radio service is a joke IMO.....
stay well

I love the traffic service to dynamically reroute me thru traffic. H*ck of a mess in SF last night, but it re-routed me twice saving a bunch of time getting out of the city.

I did a traffic only renew ... The nice thing is that it is always in view with Nav. Google Traffic seem to be much more accurate, but it is a pain to pull it out of my pocket and search for the right buttons to access the traffic. It is also a bit more dangerous while driving.

i didnt bother renewng the service, i dont see it as very useful for me. I have two main ways to get into work in the morning and they are both always shot.
But sirius keeps sending me offers and i keep throwing them away. Recently, they have given me 3 months free
