I want to put this grill on my 350 but Im wondering if any one else has ordered it. Also it may fit the 550 only (dont see why), but Carid claims it will fit the 350 as well. What do you think?

OK heres the dresden grill from CarID. Checking with Dresden they are not sure it can fit the 350, but i dont see why not. I really like this grill. I hope it will fit.

It's for the Coupe, which has a mouth that's narrower than the Sedans, making it look proper and well-proportioned with the Star grille (unlike the Sedan). Won't fit.

damn, dreseden was checking with fletcher jones, Bev Hills, Laguna Niguel to see if they have placed it on any sedans. Do you have any reccs for high end grills (non plastic) that you have seen with the tristar?

I personally am a big advocate against putting an aftermarket tri-star grill on the E-Class, as it doesn't look proportioned right and gets really busy and huge/cheesy IMO, so I haven't seen anything that impresses me personally (plus it seems like non of them fit as tightly and well as the OEM grille). However, some Members here have gotten them and I'm sure they can vouch for 'em.
