Only MBs - the best or nothing
1. You must drive (and brake) alot.

2. They must have put a special compound pads on both of my 2010 cars (just for me).

Seriously, as compared to W211 brakes (same goes for Audis and BMWs I had) both 2010 cars (W211/C207) I have produce vertualy no visible brake dust (it is also much lighter than before). My A8 and W211 wheels had/have to be brushed weekly. I did not have to brush any of 2010 cars' wheels yet (disclosure: I drive a lot less now than before I bought them).

I have virtually no dust at all as well. I wonder if MB switched their pad material to maybe a ceramic material. I know the 212's are no where near the dusting of the 211. I put ceramics on the 211 prematurely cause of that reason.

The W211 produced more dust on the wheels than all the cars I have owned in my life.
The W212 produces absolutely no dust at all. Most of the times it seems as if my car get dirtier faster than the wheels.

Grr. My 2010's wheels stayed so clean, you could eat off of them after weeks of driving.

My 2011 is nearing closer to my W211, which had massive brake dust.
