Offset opinions
The problem with your question is no one knows - no one will even offer any suggestions because no one has tried it. Three other people asked about offsets earlier including myself with no answer haha. I'm getting some 19" and I'll see how the tire clearance is to run a more aggressive offset. Going down from a 255 and +15 in offset typically wouldn't be a problem except you'll probably be promoting a bit more oversteer and a +15 increase in offset is usually a little bit harder on the wheel bearings but for street cars it's usually not that big of a deal...

Yosheego, I'm running 30-33mm front offsets - no problems.
EmE247, always meant to ask you: how did you manage to install a 10mm (I assume H&R) spacers on the front hub? My car would accept only a 15mm spacer, as 10mm spacer does not reach the back plate since hub is too high(long) and does not "seat" flush against the rotor's mounting plate.

There are zero (0) issues running spacers, when you know what you're doing. Am (was) running spacers on most of my current and previous cars.

Not sure if I asked you before, but are you running H&R springs or something else?

H&R Sport Springs for the W212. My car sits a little lower than the pics in my profile and in the links below.
