HID Conversion
Would you be able to run an HID conversion on a lease? I know the ballasts would be mounted but is everything easily removable/returnable to stock?
There is no legal aftermarket conversion kit. Read this. Make sure to read the link in the link.

In regards to installing on a lease, I was just wondering if any permanent mounting of the ballasts, etc, would be easily removable at lease end, thanks for the comments though.
Sotomd, is this an actual philips xenon product or an aftermarket site selling Philips branded products?

Projectors are better than refractory housings cuz most have a nice cutoff line. For high end cars with halogen projectors, i'd install it and call it a day, but stick with 6000K....really white with a hint of blue.

The kit is an original Phillip Xenon Kit and I did the installation myself with no problems.
It took about 40 minutes for me to complete the installation.
I presume someone's having a bad day. If something happens or it doesn't look right, I remove the kit and return my lights back to stock, it's as simple as that. I like the way aftermarket full HID kits look in a stock projector housing, and I've seen 5000-6000k kits on cars with stock projector style headlamps and it looks fine.

I got the h7 6k error free mtec kit off eBay from a premium mtec seller. They're supposed to be error free so well see how it goes. I will be installing myself most likely next week.

Do what you want - just be aware that what you are doing is a hazard to other drivers and to yourself.
Color temperature is a characteristic of visible light that has important applications in lighting, photography, videography, publishing, manufacturing, astrophysics, and other fields. The color temperature of a light source is the temperature of an ideal black-body radiator that radiates light of comparable hue to that of the light source. Color temperature is conventionally stated in the unit of absolute temperature, the kelvin, having the unit symbol K.
Color temperatures over 5,000K are called cool colors (blueish white), while lower color temperatures (2,700–3,000 K) are called warm colors (yellowish white through red).[1]
