After losing our beloved W211 (long story), we are looking at getting into a W212 E350. I have not approached any dealers yet until our insurance settles with our W211. But I am looking for advice on any good deals in the So Cal area. 2012 preferred, but heavily discounted 2011 is certainly welcome as well.

I read some threads mentioning certain discounts. Not sure if I am getting them right?
USAA: Only for military personnel?
MBCA: I should have joined way back, too late now.
Conquest Cash: Do I need to own one of those vehicles to qualify?

What other incentives are there?
