Yeah, Tata will hopefully continue the uptrend in Jag! I'd like to see them become more popular again, to diversify our streets a bit.
RR is actually the only profitable brand out of the two for Tata. They just released their little entry "Evoque" models, which are getting lots of hype, although not really my taste. Also, the next big daddy RR's are soon to be revealed, which naturally will be huge news to the automotive world, however I believe those are also fully Ford engineered/designed, and even drivetrain, etc. will be under the Ford umbrella.

another thing about Jaguar is if you want the 550 hp you can get from the cls with p30, you have to drop over 130K......for the xf-r......that's a lot of bread for a coupe.....you know what I mean.....
looks are purely subjective of course, but they are no longer Jaguar to me in their present design.....sure, they look okay.....probably sleek and fast....
I will say that they do have an exqusite inteirior on those xj's, very posh
