My Father happily took delivery of his 2012 E350 4matic this afternoon and I met up with him to take some pictures - enjoy!

Thanks! The color really pops in the sunlight, but we lost the sun and the first two pics are the only ones in the sun. You definitely see different shades in different lights/angles - silver, light blue, dark blue, it is very unique

that color is nice in the sun, I have an iridium colored car(MB pictured), and like you said, you get different colors from different angles....
thats a nice camera, I have a canon eos 60D, but have not gotten any other lenses yet....
been inspired by your pix to GET ONE!! lol.....

Great pictures. Another great Mercedes color. I like most of them. I have Indium Grey which is a less common color. You don't see a lot of quartz blues either. What car did your dad drive before the new e350? Regards. Ned.

Your E92 looks great too....im guessing 335 due to the aftermarket oil cooler listed in your mod list?

Thanks, I really like the color, my Father is extremely pleased. He actually drove the Red Mustang GT you see in the background of the 4th and 5th pictures, talk about a 180 and one hell of an upgrade

congrats and very nice color combo ! i'm always admiring light interior and think whoever bought it is very brave. i had it once on my bmw 530 years back and changed to black after. not regretting a bit but still kind of want it back whenever i change car .

Thanks again for the compliments and comments! I love the steering wheel of the AMG wheel package, very sporty and elegant at the same time. I must admit, the interior is much nicer than my e92 3-series, but maybe it would be more fair to compare that of the current F10 5-series. One thing I wish Mercedes did that BMW does is offer a split screen on the NAV. For example, I can have entertainment and NAV on my screen at the same time, it splits like 70/30, so I don't have to toggle all the time. Oh well, minor nitpicks. Fit and finish of the Merc is top notch for sure

My Dad is a neat freak, so I know he'll keep the Ash interior clean on his new baby

It is definitely ash, maybe the lighting makes it looks off, but it is definitely light gray, not the beige of almond

I really like that color. I tried to find one in that Blue when i bought mine but i wanted black interior and could not find one available.

That was probably back when they were stickers. Now they are more like silkscreens.

There was discussion on the W204 forum about this and, IIRC, no one came up with a removal method.
