Alright guys, its that time ! Gonna be trading the car in for a CLS and thus have to let go of this Diesel Piggy back tuner chip.

Has worked great with no issues, no error codes or any problems. Before service I removed it and nothing was detected.

Takes 20 minutes to put in and then 10 to remove !!!

It is us DTUK Multichannel unit:

http://www.diesel-performance.co.uk/...-cdi-v6-235-ps

Letting it go for $450 shipped.

P.S: Will provide original receipt for warranty purposes as this unit came with 3 year warranty and has about 28 months left.

PM in case you have questions.

This should work with the E350 Bluetec as well.

Hi guys, why there is a big difference with W212 E350 Bluetec (211 PS) and Bluefficiency (265 PS) ? How is it possible to increase PS power in Bluetec models?

Both are OM642 engines
I wonder the same, but reading also European forums, the technology makes the wonder.
Not too long ago 200HP delivered from 2l gasoline engine was taken with WOW.
Now 2l diesels deliver 200+ hp day after day.
So coming back to the question- the 642 engine was originally design for running with no emission attachments.
For US market, they add DPF, later on DEF , not sure how much role EGR plays, but bottom line - the engine emission restricticted the performance.
Few years, technology brought new developments and German engineers are not paid for sleeping ....

BTW I click on that 7 years old link in starting reply and seem the company opened US branch.
Still entering my car model, the only engine option that had for US was 250 cdi with 201 HP.
Such engine was never sold on US market.
