MBK ECU Tune
Hi all,
Has anyone had experience on this product (http://www.mkb-power.de/content/en/p...s/products.php)? Is this a plug and play module or there is a need to reprogram the existing ECU? Once installed, would it totally take over the function of existing ECU? How about the impact on fuel consumption? Currently my car has the lean burn mode enabled, which is not suitable for Malaysia fuel. Can this module disable the lean burn mode? Price is SG1700 inclusive of installation and 1 year warranty. I emailed the agent in SG but did not get much details.
Details:
E 250 CGI - M 271 1,8 Turbo
Increase in performance to 177 kW (241 HP) at 5600 rpm, 360 Nm at 1800-4300 rpm
modification:
modified engine management with readapt ignition map and injection map.
All inputs are greatly appreciated.
